very smooth straight forward with the process of getting hired ask if i am willing to work right away I accepted and started the next Monday and started making money the first week and was the top opener of the week it shows that the company cares about there employees

Interview
It was a simple interview where they wanted to find out what my previous experience was and find out what I thought of the industry. They told me how they operate and the level of service they offer. It was more of a conversation than an interview. I think they wanted to find out if I was going to fit in culturally above anything else.
