Began with phone interview and then moved to onsite interviews. For the onsite interview, I met with 4 people including the CEO. They didn't keep me there too long, all interviews combined I was there for about 1 hour.

Had an interview over the phone. It went well and I've got orientation on Tuesday. What I didn't get a clear understanding of was if it is base pay plus commissions or just commissions. The recruiter was nice.
