unprofessional and hesitating to pay fair I was emailed a detailed questionnaire asking my skill set, reason for applying, related skills to this job and salary requirement. I quoted 4% rise in my current salary (which was 15% below the market salary)and sent an email, later i knew from glass door that they pay way less and make you work 24/7 after 2 months they emailed they hired other candidate and they just wanna pay less and make you work way more than that

One round of phone interview. Asked questions about SDLC and SQL and prior job experience. Offered a job next day. Quite an easy interview. It was a 4 person phone interview. The recruiter contacted me with an offer the next day.
