      Product Manager Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AcuityMD in Apr 2026

      Interview

First interview, they talked a lot. To be honest, they didn’t share anything memorable or unique that made the company or this role that attractive. They pushed hard on my experience, but didn’t provide any substantial answers when I asked my questions. Second interview barely touched on the role or what the company is doing at all. Just 1 or 2 proud projects and then a mini case study. Their interview process biases for people who are good talkers (McKinsey style consultants), but not for people who can actually solve problems or do stuff in startups.

      Question 1

A local pizza parlor that's behind the times (no POS system, no Doordash) wants to add delivery as a service. What's a "minimum viable test" that the firm needs to achieve to validate delivery would be a good new service?
