Typical Win32 program layout, what is xml attribute, What are main components of Windows application like GDI, USER and Kernel (though he was not sure of his own question) Though interviewer claimed he has very long exp of interviewing people I found him one of worst interview as he was more interested in answer like "I don't know" to some of his question (may be to satisfy his own ego, poor techi fellah), One of other guys looks completely uninterested, and speak like something stuck in his mouth. Overall impression is they seems to come without any homework and clear-cut question as every other question had to be rephrased and not to the point.
