Interview
The interview process was a positive experience. Met with the company President initially and had another interview with his trusted staff member with whom I immediately connected. We could see I'd be a great fit for the organization.

Question 1
The questions were standard. However, I later found out that one technique they used to evaluate candidates was to have another staff member go outside and check out the condition of the candidate's car (I keep my car neat and clean, inside & out).
