There were 3 rounds. The first and second was mostly case work with one or two quick behaviorals. My first two interviewers were analysts who were easy-going and friendly. Good experience and nothing out of the ordinary. The final round had 3 interviews - 2 cases with partners (?) and 1 chat with an analyst. The senior guys kept interrupting me when I spoke and didn’t give guidance through the case. Then there was a happy hour which I felt obligated to stay for. Got a odd feel about transom from the final round. Office also seemed kinda small and excluded. The process dragged on for 5 weeks and it felt very non-standard to have 5 interviews. Needs to be a leaner process with an initial screen. I got a generic email about not having an update for me and then I was made to wait more than one week after my on-site final round for the rejection which was disrespectful. the juniors were nice but didn’t like the way the senior folks handled this.
