The interview process was extensive but to be expected from a professional company such as Action. I first interviewed with the Regional Manager and then with the Board. Questions were asked of me that would gauge my experience as a Community Manager as the urban area clients do have high expectations of their Community Managers and Action wants to ensure they are hiring experienced individuals that can meet these expectations.
