first we had an introduction, then i was given the expectations of the job applied, then we looked over my application and resume and i was asked questions about the job and my desires moving on. we went deep into what’s needed for the job and making sure i was up for it and then we ended with that, i was told what to expect next and we said our goodbyes.

My interview with Action Behavior Centers was welcoming, professional, and focused on communication, teamwork, and passion for helping children with autism through ABA therapy and positive behavior support strategies daily.

Short 15 minute phone interview, basic questions like: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work there, are you comfortable working with children. Then the interviewer explained the job description and set up a second interview.
