How do you handle multiple tasks and manage stress effectively?

(1) HR questions: Availability, salary expectation, etc. (2) Motivational aspects such as why do you want to work for Acted, or this mission specifically. Why are you leaving your current position, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you expect to gain from this experience, very basic questions. (2) Organizational knowledge: what do you know about 3 0, how is Acted funded, Acted's activities in this country, or in general. (3) Technical questions and competency-based questions: how do you approach writing, multitasking, working in stressful environment, and how do you understand logical framework, indicators, cluster coordination, etc.
