Interview process is normal. First with the team, than the head of department, other team, such as HR, etc. no specific questions. Very general related to job scope. Flexibility in the work arrangement.

Interview
Spoke to the MD as first stage and he made me feel comfortable instantly. He was interested in my views and own ideas about the industry and innovation. This was great. He also gave me a true indication of the business and was very open, showing me recent sales and KPIs.
