I applied online. I interviewed at Achievement First
Interview
Very nonchalant and friendly, I was mostly asked questions about my character and teaching philosophies. I was first contacted by an AF screener at the network level and then I was interviewed by an academic dean in the school. Finally, I was asked to send in a video of my teaching in a classroom.

I interviewed at Achievement First (Providence, RI)
Interview
The interview process seemed to be quite simple and straight forward. I spoke with a recruiter after I applied and did a phone interview with them before setting up an interview for in person with the principal. The entire process was pretty straight forward and explained prior to the in person interview.
