I did a few phone interviews with the regional, those went well. I then went in for the final which was with 4 people. The regional and 3 other managers. It felt pretty disorganized at times with that many people speaking. They told me I would hear something the next day but I was the one who had to reach out to find out the position was filled. Throughout, the process , I also had asked questions about things like insurance and PTO which were vaguely answered.
