I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ace Hardware in Jan 2014
Interview
First contact was at my school's career fair. Started a conversation with one of the three recruiters and was asked to come back the following day for an on-campus interview. Did not get word back for about a month, received a call from HR asking to come in for an on-site interview sometime during the week. Did so. Had an interview with a human resources representative who just asked mostly behavioral question, figuring out who I was. After that, I had a meeting with the head manager of Inventory, same questions, nothing unexpected.
