Since I was the only employee, there wasn't an initial interview. Yet, since I was in Business for myself, selling my Accounting Services, I did have interviews always with potential clients whom wanted to engage my Accounting Services. Clients would call and we'd set up a time and place to meet, where we would talk about what their needs were and if I could fulfill them with my services. This approach usually went very well.
