I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accolo (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview at first, and then I go to the office. They did not ask me the technical skills, what they asked me are some personal skills. Like give them a example that how I solve the problem. Overall, the process is not that long. But the follow up email is really important.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Accolo (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter who was excited about my profile and background. They asked to create a boolean key string for a position they had trouble finding quality candidates. I did. And never heard since. No follow-up. Nothing. Pathetic recruiting practices.
Unless one is desperate - this company is CHEAP. And they use cheap tactics... Not impressed.
