I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Access Destination Management Services (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I had a great first interview with the hiring manager.I moved onto the next interview which was supposed to be a video conference with the Hiring manager,The regional manager and the COO Michelle.
The link they sent me was not allowing me to do a video call. So,I called in.And, felt that I had a great interview despite the technical challenges I was having.I got an email two days later. And, was told I was not moving onto the next step.I was completely shocked.I emailed michelle and the hiring manager to see if they can reconsider.
Michelle sent me back the most unprofessional email that lacked all of there values integrity being one of them. She basically called me incompetent and that I did not have the values they are looking for.How do you get this impression of me without meeting me?I was shocked with her response back to me. I am glad I did not move forward.Who would want to work for a company that has a person that puts people down and does not even give you a chance.
I would suggest to run if you get a interview with this company. It was a waste of time and a hit to My confidence.

Interview
their interview was standard for DMC’s and did a good job at addressing the full scope of the business and what would be expected. It felt similar to other interviews with destination management companies.

Interview
I applied online. I had a 20 minute phone interview a few days later. The questions were your average first-round interview question. I was informed what followed would be two more rounds of in-person interviews with the COO and another employee.
