Interview
The interview process was quickly set up and fairly straightforward. The hiring team had a solid understanding of what the portfolio would be for the role, and all three individuals I spoke with were people with whom I would be working directly. The interview process was about 1 hour (15-30 minute discussion with three people).

They asked how I would approach an incoming brief, including how I would engage various resources and the steps taken from receipt of RFP to delivery of proposal.

Interview
The interview process was very simple and streamlined, encompassing one phone screener with the in-house recruiter and three video interviews with different members of the team. There were some scheduling delays that made the process longer than I think it otherwise would be, largely due to summer vacation season.
