I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Access Alliance Multicultural Health (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Two interviews. Very detailed! First interview involved about 15 questions, most with sub-questions or follow ups. Started with standard questions about why this role, why are you applying for it now/at this point in your career. Followed up by reading the organization's mission and asking for your thoughts/responses to it. Followed by a lot of questions that were specific to the role 'eg. how would you do outreach to participants who don't normally engage in such and such a health service'. All questions were relevant and showed that they were really looking for someone strong and with a good understanding. Not an easy interview! Second interview involved a task/presentation and then further questions about how you would operate in the role.
