There really wasn’t one. I submitted my app, at the suggestion of a friend who already worked for the company and was pretty much hired immediately. I also knew the, DM (at the time I was hired) really well and we got along great

Interview
Interview was very easy, questions were typical mostly in customer service & goals. Explained the job & what your work life would be like if hired, met w/ the store manager & district manager, it was very fast & friendly
