I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Accent Group (Michigan) (Farmington Hills, MI) in Sep 2013
Interview
They have a three step process. The first interview they give a general overview. The second one they have you speak with a trainer on sight. The third one is a phone interview. You really need to decide if this is a good job for you before that. I was hesitant, and wanted to ask questions but they seemed to only want people fully enthused about the heavy selling process.

Question 1
They wanted me to say why I stood out from all other applicants.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accent Group (Michigan) (Farmington Hills, MI) in Apr 2013
Interview
A friend of mine worked for Accent last summer as an intern, she sent her old manager my resume. Within a week or so I was contacted to come in and meet with one of the hiring managers. She went over the position and why they were hiring and my work history. From there I was offered an interview at one of the stores to observe the position for just over an hour. From there I was asked to submit why I felt I was best for the position and did a final phone interview.

Entry level caught my attention & I applied on-line
I received a call about my resume a couple days later. The initial phone calls was very short & direct. I went into the office in Farmington Hills, which was easy to find & sat down with one of the hiring managers to review the position. Once I found out that there was room for growth and a lot of training, I was excited to learn more.
I was invited to observe an event on-site for about an hour, which was different, but extremely helpful. From their, there was one more interview which was again with a hiring manager.
