Interview
The process is a little lengthy, but incredibly satisfying.
1. You will receive an Email with a PDF describing the companies vivid vision. You will be asked to complete a writing prompt based off of the vision and your own experience.
2. A phone interview is scheduled to learn more about the job.
3. A homework assignment is sent to assess your skills.
4. A video interview is conducted.
5. An in-person meet an greet with a current team member is conducted to allow you to answer questions.

Interview
The first interview is with hr/recruiter and it’s the usual screening questions. A little longer than your average screening call and some questions seem a tad invasive for an initial call. Then you are sent an outdated homework assignment that is supposed to judge your abilities. It’s short and leaves little room for critical thinking or ei. If the tone of the emails is any indication of the culture there, steer clear.

Initial interview screening call with HR, then several rounds of interview calls with various employees who would sit closely to the role. Final presentation round. The whole process took about a month.
