The process took around 5 weeks and consisted of numerous rounds. It is a very well structured process which really tests your knowledge and experience of the affiliate industry. Although intense, it was an enjoyable experience and all the activities they make you do are very relevant to the position.

They were transparent but also gave you some assignments that were fairly burdensome for not paying you to do. I asked if they socialite reviews on Glassdoor like some have mentioned and they said yea.

Interview
After submitting my resume on the company homepage, I was contacted the next day and setup a phone screening with their Talent and Culture Specialist. After that call, I was tasked with a homework assignment. That was followed up with a mock client presentation with two Account Directors. Then I had a meet and greet with a team member and was offered the job the same day. Lengthy process but definitely worth it. It's obvious that they care about finding people that are going to be a fit with the company culture and vision.
