Interview
Interview process was minimal and unprepared for. They evaded questions I had about recent employee walk outs. Also, no clear answer on when or how they would be transitioning from 40 year old software to new.
Seems like they were just looking for a warm body to fill an office. Not sure if other employees were happy with HR hiring people.
