Applied through LinkedIn, was contacted, did a HR phone interview, then a hiring manager phone interview, then a 6 person in-person interview with the hiring manager, two people at his level, two people that would be my peers, and the hiring manager's boss. There were a few situational questions, but most were questions about my background, and the biggest thing they were looking for was fit with the company and team, and a willingness to learn. I really liked all of the people I met with.
