      Interview

      The recruiting and interview went well but after that, things went a little downhill. My recruiter barely replies to my emails anymore nor call me to followup (prob busy with other temps) and when I call her for followup, she finally check her email for the information I sent her 1 - 2 days ago...She told me my start date will 'definitely' be on ____ but turned out it got extended for two more weeks since I just started my background check a week ago. That is understandable but she shouldn't confirm it unless she knows for sure and she should know how long the process takes. For the interview, the manager was a really nice guy. He made me feel comfortable so I talk with him like any normal person and before the interview, he was straightforward with me so I appreciate that.
