After the application is submitted, there is an initial phone interview. The phone interview was about an hour long - interviewer allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions and tell me about their experience. I was then invited for an in-person interview where I interviewed with 3-4 individuals all from different departments that work closely with the department I was seeking employment with. The last interviewer provided me with a short tour of the Academy campus and then interviewed/talked to me to wrap up the entire process. The in-person interview was about 1.5 - 2 hours long.
