Applied online and they called pretty quickly. Someone called and asked a couple of questions. After they ask the questions, if you meet the qualifications they set up a time for you to come to the store for an in person interview.

Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
