I applied mid-December. I got a response by the end of December. I had a call with the Talent acquisition business partner in early January. I got a response 6 weeks later and was invited to an in-person interview. The interview process was good. The process included an 8 am interview with two people, a tour of the offices and lab areas and a coffee with members of the team where I could ask them questions about the work culture and the management. I appreciated being sent one of the harder questions to prepare in advance. I got the job offer 3 weeks later.
