Absolute Aviation knows how to interview -- at least, I think so. I attended 3 interviews before receiving the position. The first time, I took a competency test and met a few of the mid level management and HR personnel. I was mostly asked about my background, how I obtained my skills, and what I'd like to accomplish in the position I was seeking.
The second interview, I met the senior level management and discussed not only my own goals, but my goals for the company as well. The third interview, I was to meet the President of the West coast division (since Absolute is part of a network of companies), but he couldn't attend and I was offered the position anyway.
I was, and continue to be, impressed by the informal style Absolute maintains not only in the interviewing process but as an employer in general. It's been a pleasure all along.
