Very casual interview, all behavioral questions. They are really looking for fit and want you to kind of stay in the company. Overall, not a hard interview and with some prep, can get a good outcome. They are super late with replies though. Very little communication.

Application, test, first round interview with two individuals, then a 12 hour final round over two days. They notified me within 5 days that I would be attending the final round and would have to block out 6 hours each day. The final round was full of different events and activities to get to know the company culture and showcase your skills. There were three final round interviews and a video interview.
