Very basic interview. It was my first job so I was actually incredibly nervous. Main manager interviewed me in a group, one other person. She mostly asked questions about your personality and hobbies, but the most important question is "what is diversity to you".
Easy interview, terrible process though. Nearly took a month, my employ card never worked correctly, and pictures for being apart of the team were never taken. Overall, a very easy job and interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult questions, but it is always a good idea to do your research about the company and especially the idea of diversity, in which they ask in the interview, and throughout your stay at the job
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
