It wasn't an actual interview. It consisted of one of the managers, a guy, and myself (female). We basically talked about the details of my prom the whole time. I believe their hiring practices are illegal and unethical. If you have the look they're going for, you get the job, no questions.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
