Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

I went in the store and filled out an application and picked a day to have an open interview. The interview was a couple days later, at the interview there were two managers interviewing & one other person applying for the job. The job asked basic easy questions on the interview, and about a hr after the interview they called and offered me the job & I accepted.

Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
