Abbott Labs will actually tell you what the process is like ahead of time, which I found a pleasant contrast to some other companies. They'll also tell you the types of questions you'll be asked but you won't be given any specifics. You need to prepare ahead of time for all companies, but its especially true for Abbott Labs.
For my PM interview, they started me off with a "host", who was a friendly admin. She gave me a schedule with her, 3 other people (all PMs), and a lunch with another PM. She said that there may be additional people added "if they were available". In my case it would be a junior financial analyst for a technical interview and a Director.
So I had my 3 interviews, I went off to lunch, and when I came back my "host" came in with a new schedule addendum, with the 2 other people. I made random small talk with the host for awhile. Then I talked to the senior financial analyst for extra long because "Directors are always late". The Director came in and he was pressed for time, so we banged out his 3 questions quickly.
