The first contact was a phone call from an internal HR manager. Had several rounds of in-person interviews. They have senior managers from each business group conduct these interviews to see (potentially) how you work with other areas of the company. They are very focused on "the fit" for Abbott's culture.

Interview
Went through several rounds of interviews with HR/direct manager/stakeholders and peers over 2 weeks. Had to do a case study and was given 48 hours to complete and present back to hiring manager and future team mate - good feedback was given on the spot. This was during COVID so all interviews were by video-call.

It was great experience. HR kept informed at every stage. It was 5 rounds, 1 round with HR, and then hiring manager and other folks that I would work with.
