The process was long and drawn out. It felt like I was being treated as a backup candidate while they were hoping for someone else to come along. Interviews generally went well.
After the final interview, I was ghosted for weeks. Then I got a call about how only an Abbott insider was considered to be qualified to do the job. Just in case I was too stupid to get the message they sent me a rejection email.
They wasted my time knowing I was not being considered a serious candidate and treated me with a complete lack of respect.
