Interview
Initial communication was average. HR rep asked the typical questions about my qualifications then immediately began to negotiate my bottom line for a salary. Replied with that it would be best for us to reserve that conversation until after we got more details about the position.
This led to an on site interview with four Senior Level Managers.

Interview
Put emphasis on STAR interview process. Very behavioral but also laid back interview. I had a lot of contact with the recruiters before hand. They are extremely personable and nice people.
