4-part interview with 4 business leaders of the firm - first one was specifically an overview to the role i was applying to - and other 3 are behavioral based.

Interview
Started with a cold application online and moved forward after a pymetrics and a hireview interview. Moved on and was scheduled for zoom interviews four to be exact. Each one was done in a different style by a different person the processs was slow but there was only one round. They appreciate honesty but every interviewer was radically different.

Questions were about personal growth aswell as team growth and development.

Interview
First, you had to fill out an online application. Then, they sent over a personality quiz and a10 minute hirevue (you have time to practice). The next round would be several different 30 min phone interviews from directors at different locations.
