Contacted by a recruiter and resume submitted to the hiring manager. Phone screen with a hiring manager about 1 week after my resume was submitted. In person panel interview with two hiring managers and 4 scientists. Then waited over 4 weeks before hearing that they couldn't hire for 4-5 months.

The questions asked in the phone screen and panel interview were mostly technical to find out the level of skills and knowledge that the candidate has, there were some behavioral questions, and a lot of discussion about the resume (walk me through your resume and let's discuss some interesting things about your experiences). All are reasonable and routine questions.
Phone interview with recruiter, zoom interview with hiring manager, and then in-person panel interview consisting of 3 panels of 3-5 team members. The panels took about 3.5 hours total. They asked numerous situational and technical questions. Everyone was very professional.

There was an initial interview with someone from HR and then an in-person interview with two people from the team. The call with HR was a little bit strange, it felt a little bit more like an interrogation and I was asked things like "Where is Witney?"

Straightforward 1-day interview with 45 min presentation in the beginning and a series of interviews with the hiring manager & the team followed afterward. Did mine during an active phase of the pandemic so everything was virtual. Standard behavioral-based questions. Wait time after virtual onsite was about 1 month
