I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott (Longford, Longford) in Jun 2015
Interview
Went through an agency, It was a very fast process. Got a call on a Tuesday, had a chat with the agent and later that day I was asked to interview the following Monday. It was very organized and professional. The interview itself was a one to one with one of the manufacturing team leads. There were two assessments before the interview took place on the day.

Question 1
All about the STAR technique with Abbott. Love asking questions about "tell me a time when"....you faced difficulty at work..you know you did a good job..how you faced an awkward customer etc
Very positive, really getting to know the person and not just ticking boxes. It was a graduate position and the expectations were more about having someone who was motivated to work and would fit with the work environment.
After clearing the pre-screening test, you will get a call from HR. This would be your telephone interview. They will go through your CV and get to know about you. They will explain what they expect from you in the role and see if you have any questions after which they will schedule your interview with hiring manager.
