I applied through JobsDB. I received an invitation email from their HR asking me to apply the position on their official career website. Their HR is from Shanghai and she only responsible for talent acquisition process. First had a 15 mins with HR screening Teams call, smooth and straightforward. The second round with my immediate supervisor, the interviewer asked generic questions and shared their team’s daily routine with me. The third round was a face-to-face interview with the general manager at office. The interviewer asked tonnes of questions about myself and why they should hire me. It was about 45 mins conversation. Final Teams call with HR to negotiate the package.
