Talked to a recruiter during my university career fair and was told to apply online. Received an email back within a week and a half, referring to my discussion during the career fair, and about a face-to-face virtual interview. The first interview was 45 minutes long, and I was asked to schedule my second interview a week later. The second interview was with the actual manager for this job and lasted 30 minutes. I was asked a lot of the same questions in the second interview as in the first, but I gave different answers. I heard back about a decision in 2ish weeks.
