I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AbbVie
Interview
Interview process was 4 rounds: HR, Hiring Manager, Department Manager, VP level. Each interview was one hour long outside of HR. HR was a screener, Hiring Manager was more technical review and experience. Department Manager and VP were general process and experience oriented. Positive feedback from all those involved, but no offer in the end. My feeling was the hiring manager may have felt there was an overlap in experience between his and mine which could be a poor "team" fit in their eyes.

Question 1
What do you consider a major accomplishment in your career?
I applied online. I interviewed at AbbVie (North Chicago, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview process is weird. Interviews were scheduled before phone screen. Interviewers were nice and professional. Asked questions from past work experience on my resume.
Spent a whole week interviewing and didn't get a feedback from HR. Help me understand how you have a fully staffed HR department and no one could take 5 minutes to give an interviewee who spent a whole week interviewing with different leaders at Abbvie a feedback? A total waste of my time. It's a reflection of the company. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience... Good riddance!
