Interview
The interview process begins with an informational interview over the phone, conducted by a talent manager from AbbVie's HR department. The next step will be an on-site interview at their North Chicago campus. The onsite interview consists of multiple 45 minute interviews with hand-picked interviewers, from various parts of the business.
