A very easy Interview over the phone. The management is looking for new sign spinners & if an applicant is eager to learn they provide a training too. They will ask you simple questions as why are you interested then you will have to submit your CV.

Received phone call after online application. I told the recruiter I had previous experience as a sign spinner, and was invited to "tryouts/practice" by the end of the phone call. At practice the following day I was told I had the job and was assigned my first shift that weekend.
