I was not actively looking for a role. They reached out to me asking if I was interested in a position that they were "able to start right away". Responded yes, may be interested - then NO RESPONSE! The recruiter contacted me! Treating people like that? As a former recruiter myself - I know that I don't treat others like that, and I sure don't want to give them my business OR work for them - aka HR finders, aka Tech Finders, aka Finance Finders.

Most unexpected question? They were searching for an HR professional that could start right away - and then "the finders/HR Finders" recruiter cannot be bothered to respond.
