In the first conversation the HR asked me about my qualification, country of origin, and years of experience then my availability for an interview to the Manager QA/QC. The interview took place after a few weeks and it went very well and I got an offer from the HR which wasn't in my expectations. But anyhow I negotiated and mutually agreed in between. The duty hours per day are 08. The overtime is 1.5 times the normal time. 1 day off i.e. Friday.
