Interviewer was late to interview, so stick around just in case. General interview questions (why interested in AXA, related experience, commute distance, etc). Followed up via email, did not hear back, job portal says rejected.

Us based Recruiter seemed inexperienced.
False Urgency: They claimed they wanted to hire "as soon as possible" but completely ghosted me after the initial interview.
Poor Communication: No response to follow-up emails, even though my application still shows "Under Review" in the portal.

Very lengthy process, took about 4 interviews over the span of two months however the team is so nice and welcoming. Definitely worth it in the end. My best advice is to just be patient.
