I came into the interview and I thought it was a typical interview. I was told I needed to pass some tests which I understood would be only one or two. The person who hired me did not explain to me that I needed to pass 4 tests to actually start to work full time and that they were pretty intensive. He made it seem like it was a small load and not as clear and blunt as he could of and should have been.
